I appreciate your interest in my 2010 BMW 520 d Touring Sport-Aut with only 69.600 km, is still for sale. The car is in perfect working condition, has no damage, no scratches, no marks or dents on paintwork, no hidden defects. There is no outstanding finance and it has an accident free history. It's a German model, so there will be no problems regarding taxes. It comes with original invoice, log book, keys and all the documents to register it into your name.

 

I am English, not German (I just worked there for few months), and I bought the car in Germany, now I have to sell it as I've got back home in United Kingdom.

 

The final price is 11,300 EUR + 440 EUR shipping to your door. 

 

As you probably noticed, the price is rather low. But since it's a German car, not even a dealer will offer me a better price here.

 

I am the registered keeper and there is no outstanding finance on the vehicle. The car is in excellent condition, the bodywork is immaculate, no scratches, dents or hidden defects as well as the interior in excellent non-smoking condition.

 

Due to amount involved and due the fact I am not located in Germany anymore,  I only accept third party transaction mediator ... and I am talking about eBay, meaning that they will hold and insure your money until receipt of the vehicle in good condition. You will be given a 15 day inspection period.

 

All documents, including V5 log book on your name will be provided along with the car.

First you should know that the car is not anymore in Germany, I have the car already in an shipping company in Norfolk, United Kingdom, crated and ready for for delivery, so No pick up available. I am very busy with my business, I travel a lot and have to time to go to London to handle the car to you in person.

 

The final price is 11.300 EUR (not negotiable) + 440 EUR shipping to your door. 

I want to point out that because I am in the process of moving because of changing my working place, I am after a fast transaction, with no delays. That is why I decided to lower the price, to avoid wasting time with negotiations and find a buyer as soon as possible.

 

As I told you , I'm currently in United Kingdom. At the moment I'm in Norfolk on business and the vehicle is located at the shipping company in London, United Kingdom.

 

This is basically how the transaction through eBay works:

 

Firstly I need your contact details (eBay user name, complete name. the address for shipping and phone number) so I can open a case with eBay regarding our transaction, they will contact you and send you the documents for our transaction (Case ID, and Invoice).

 

You will have to lodge the payment into an eBay account and they will keep your payment until you receive the car (so your payment will be secure until you receive and inspect the car).

 

When the car will be delivered to your door, you will have 15 days to check the car (test it, drive it,and even take it to a local service station..etc) so you can see that everything is ok with it. If the car doesn't match with what I told you,it will be shipped back to me on my own expense (however I doubt that this shall be the case because the car is exactly how I described it to you) and you will be refunded your total payment.

 

If you are totally content with the car and that you want to continue with the purchase You will have to notify eBay. Once you have made this decision, only then the payment will be transferred into my account.

 

Remember they have absolutely no authority to release the payment until they get your full approval.

 

I hope I explained everything to you ok. After we complete all these above steps I can only hope that you should be fully satisfied as the new owner of my car.

Jasno, da mu ne odgovorim ve?, ker mu ne mislim po?iljat nekih ebay acconutov itd. Zanimivo se mi zdi ime, ki je videti precej slovensko, prav tako naj omenim da oglasa na mobile ni ve?.

Jaz bi ga prijavil.Leon Kralj pa angle?.Ha,ha.Pa ?e to mi ni jasno;pla?aj preko e-baya in ko dobi? avto (svetega nikoli) ti bodo trgali denar in ga nakazali? Kaj ni na e-bayu tako, da ti denar takoj tr?ejo in ne, ko robo dobi??

Jaz sem pred par dnevi dobil tudi mail, ki naj bi bil  iz nem?ije ( in tudi ta je bil z slovenskim imenom), da mi je robo kao poslal, pa tudi to?no ceno zdraven?? in zraven je pripopal  kao link kaj naj bi kupil.Nobene robe nisem naro?al iz nem?ije.

No, takoj drugi dan sem dobil "slovenski mail" od pravega lastnika da naj povezave nikar ne odpiram in da je nekdo izrabil njegovo ime in sedaj raziskujejo,kdo naj bi to bil.

Jaz pravim, ?e ti ne dovolijo, da pride? po avto sam, ga pla?a? in odpelje? ve?, da je ?isti nateg.

itak nisem imel niti namena. Je pa gotovo tako, da se najde budala ki naka?e. Ni mi pa jasno da se transakcije ne da izslediti in dobiti denarja nazaj. To mi pa ne gre v glavo. Saj ne morejo nakazat kar v nek kozolec brez lastnika. Ampak ok, ?koda ?ivcev.
